Join our team as an Employee Benefits Account Manager, where you'll manage group employee benefits, individual health insurance, and Medicare senior supplement coverages. This dynamic role involves educating clients, handling administrative tasks, and balancing new business with servicing needs. You'll work closely with EEB Advisors to execute, document, and finalize client communications.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of group employee benefits, individual health insurance plans, and Medicare supplements. Ensure accurate enrollment, billing, and claims processing. Maintain strong relationships with carriers and provide support on coverage issues.
  • Client Service: Prepare and deliver annual renewal materials, manage client service requests, and resolve issues related to premiums, claims, and eligibility. Communicate directly with clients to ensure their needs are met promptly and accurately.
  • New Business Support: Assist with the enrollment process for new clients, including paperwork and procedural tasks. Collaborate with advisors and other service coordinators, participate in client meetings, and manage follow-up activities.
  • Expertise Areas: Develop a deep understanding of individual and group health plans, ancillary benefits (dental, vision, life, LTD), Medicare supplements, and retirement plans. Provide advisory support on coverage design and policy options.
  • Administrative Accuracy: Ensure high accuracy in data entry and adherence to organizational protocols. Manage back-office functions to support new business and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
