Key Holder

If you are a friendly individual with a positive and energetic personality and you’re interested in working for the best kid’s resale store in Arlington, then join the Little Giggles family We are looking for individuals to serve as a Key Holder.

As a shift supervisor, you will be responsible for opening or closing the store. Counting down registers. Verifying that opening or closing duties have been done. Balance the workload for the cashiers between taking care of customers and getting products out onto the floor. Also, no job is below. You may be asked to help tag, sensor, and sort clothes or whatever the store needs. Be willing to pitch in and help.

Your specific duties as a Shift Lead/Buyer will include:

· Supervise closing of the store and doing end-of-day reports

· Manage cashiers and balance their time between taking care of customers and getting products on the floor

· Providing friendly and informative customer service

· Ringing up customers quickly, efficiently, and with a smile

· Maintaining professional appearance and demeanor at all times

· Making a positive impression on customers to encourage word-of-mouth referrals

· Lifting and carry baskets and bins of clothes

· Sort clothes into summer and winter bins by size

· Pull refill for the cashiers to put on the floor

 

Job Requirements

As an employee, you must have a positive attitude, a friendly demeanor, and a solid work ethic. It is also important that you display excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to have fun interacting with a wide variety of people. If you don’t mind moving fast, working hard, and providing service with a smile, this is the job for you

Specific qualifications for the Buyer position include:

· High school diploma or GED

· Type 40 WPM or more

· 18 years of age or older

· Basic knowledge of kids clothes, baby gear, and toys

· Solid teamwork skills

· Willingness to learn quickly

· Ability to lift up to 30 lbs

· Retail//Resale experience preferred
