Compensation: $14.75 per hour

Work Schedule: Full-Time (40 Hours per Week); Varying Days and Hours; 2 Days Off Weekly

Core Responsibilities: Efficiently operate the Point of Sale (POS) system; maintain and replenish merchandise on the sales floor while providing friendly and courteous assistance to customers and donors; sort, categorize, price, and distribute all donated and purchased items; ensure a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment. Support the store management team with opening and closing procedures, and hold keys to the store along with an alarm code.

Qualifications: Proficient in operating Electronic Cash Registers, Credit Card Processing Terminals, and 10-key adding machines; strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is required. A collaborative team-oriented attitude is preferred.

Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, reach heights of 6 ft (or utilize a ladder), and be sufficiently mobile to fulfill the assigned schedule. Clear communication with customers and team members is essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with bagging purchases is necessary. Strong customer service skills are required, along with the capability to train staff on store equipment usage.

Travel Requirements:
Occasional meetings at corporate offices or other locations, as well as making bank deposits.

Legal Considerations: Must provide documentation to meet I-9 requirements, undergo a background check, drug screening, and physical examination.
