Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Retail Sales Associate / Key Holder to enhance our customer experience in a vibrant retail environment. This role is essential for maintaining the operational excellence of our retail space.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all visitors.
  • Manage merchandise presentation, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized.
  • Maintain a clean and welcoming retail environment.
  • Oversee store opening and closing procedures as required.
  • Prepare merchandise for events and promotions.
  • Develop and manage a restock inventory list.
  • Collaborate with team members to select and introduce new products.
  • Create appealing visual displays to enhance product visibility.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts through social media engagement.
  • Handle incoming purchase orders and manage outgoing shipments.

Work Schedule:

This position offers an average of 30 hours per week, with the following schedule:

  • Monday - Thursday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Weekend availability is required, with weekdays off as compensation.
