2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Inventory Specialist will help the pulling team make sure all orders are being processed timely. They will expedite pulling process, and make sure we are restocked and ready for the next day’s workload. This will require heavy repetitive lifting and reorganizing shelf stock. This could include lifting shirts in bulk above head, or below waist. They help minimize pulling errors by auditing shelf stock and replenishing empty shelves. There will be driving/transportation between warehouses required.

DUTIES (Including but not limited to):

  • Attention to detail in auditing stock levels and accuracy of items in location
  • Problem solving ability to help fill orders with low inventory quantities
  • Minimize wrong pulls from incorrect shelf stock
  • Keep floor and any hazards clear of walkways and aisles
  • Check-in product

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &/OR ABILITIES:

  • Valid CA driver’s license
  • Need clean driving record for insurance purposes
  • Self-starter with sense of urgency and “drive” to motivate others
  • Must have positive attitude and adaptability when it comes to changing environments/tasks
  • Attention to detail- counting accuracy, pulling/ replenishment accuracy, and clearly communicated tracking records
  • Will be held accountable for inventory errors
  • Good communication- reporting discrepancies, and requesting assistance
  • Works well in team environment
  • Once you have strong sense of ownership in role, willingness to help train others
  • Be able to operate machinery and company vehicles
  • Must be willing to receive forklift training/certification within first 30 days of hire

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND/OR PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs
  • Majority of job consists of repetitive lifting of boxes that are 36lbs and transporting them distances of 10-20 feet. Then restacking and organizing them.
  • Bending is a frequent task when preforming job
  • Warehouse conditions: can be extreme temperatures, moving vehicles
  • Repetitive motions- make sure to do stretches as needed
  • Must know accurate bending and lifting techniques as well as safety protocols for lifting above the head.
  • Comfortability going up and down ladders
  • Operation on box-cutter required
  • Proficiency when using Hand Trucks and Pallet Jacks
  • Comfortable wearing PPE for long periods of time
  • Standing required for 100% of the job

2 POSITIONS AVAILABLE FOR NIGHT SHIFTS

2nd Shift: 4/10's, Monday - Thursday, 4:45PM - 3:15AM
4th Shift: 3/12's, Friday - Sunday, 5PM - 5AM
