We are seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil construction projects from inception to completion. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of heavy civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, dams, and other infrastructure projects.
  • Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Manage and supervise construction teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare and present project reports, including progress, cost analysis, and risk management.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies.
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
