Sales and Customer Service Manager

Job Summary

LimeBricks offers subscription-based services that keep homes in top condition. Our mission is to provide homeowners with peace of mind through reliable, proactive maintenance solutions, ensuring their homes remain safe, efficient, and valuable. We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Service Manager to lead our sales efforts and ensure exceptional service delivery.

Position Overview:

As the Sales and Service Manager at LimeBricks, you will be responsible for driving sales growth while ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service. We are looking for someone who is dynamic and ambitious and who shares our values of providing great customer experience, moving quickly and saving our customers time and money while providing them with great service.This role requires a high level of agency, creativity, and leadership. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering excellence.

As a Sales and Customer Service Manager you’ll be a critical part of the team and have a tremendous impact on the growth and success of the company. This is a full time role but in exceptional cases, we’ll be open to a contract to hire.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in a sales and a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas. In addition to having great sales and communication skills, the ideal candidate is also enterprising, a team player and willing to do what it takes to make our customers happy and the company successful.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries and leads and understand their needs for home maintenance, repair, and improvement services.
  • Convert incoming enquiries into sales while making sure the customers needs are met.
  • Make outbound sales calls to secure new business.
  • Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to achieve goals.
  • Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and manage customer interactions throughout the sales process.
  • Collect information about jobs, obtain estimates, and secure customer approval for work.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Work closely with service teams to coordinate and schedule maintenance visits, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
  • Capture customer feedback and help gather positive customer reviews.
  • Become well-versed in our products and services and educate customers about them.
  • Leverage existing processes while focusing on process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to track performance metrics and identify trends.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements that enhance the customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Help onboard new employees and contractors, training them on company values, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the home services or related industry.
  • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills.
  • Experience in sales and working on outbound leads
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
  • Experience in home/property maintenance, construction, or general contracting with competencies across trades (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance, etc.) is a huge plus
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Must have their own vehicle for occasional job site visits.
  • Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, and criminal and driving background checks.
