Work model:

  • On-Site
  • Monday - Friday
  • 8-hour shift between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What you will do:

  • Assist customers with items such as parts requests, returns, payments, and tool support
  • Utilize multiple support channels, including telephone, email, cases, and chat, while effectively documenting each interaction within our case management system
  • Provide social media support and monitor designated social media channels, respond to support requests, and review/approve outbound content for quality and accuracy
  • Assist with escalated support issues
    • Common topics:
      • General product questions, availability, compatibility
      • Ag, Residential and Commercial, & golf product issues/complaints
      • Warranty registration, and extended warranty coverage
      • Out-of-warranty assistance
      • Parts & publications lookups
      • Loyalty Rewards programs

What you will need to be successful:

  • 1-year experience in a call center/customer service role
  • Previous work experience and/or knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
  • Skills in interpersonal communications, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • Strong computer and troubleshooting skills
