SUMMARY:

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers and clients across several channels of communication (e.g., phone, email,). Daily tasks will include processing phone and corporate product orders, receiving, and documenting customer feedback.

Customer Service Representative Hours: M-F - 8:30am - 5pm

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve customers by processing phone orders (individual or corporate), providing product information and resolving product issues.
  • Communicate with customers to identify their needs/expectations and make appropriate adjustments to meet those needs
  • Document all customer feedback and share with appropriate department.
  • Connect with customer across several channels of communication, primarily via phone and email.
  • Represent the company and our customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity while delivering world class customer service.
  • Assist with a variety of inquiries related to customer orders, product information and company policies.
  • Develop a deep understanding of company history, products and offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Ability to use probing questioning and listening techniques to identify customer needs.
  • Exhibit a professional and positive attitude and possess exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, conflict resolution, critical/analytical thinking, written and oral communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
  • Ability to change priorities and achieve results within a compressed time frame.
  • Must be able to work with Microsoft Office Suite, MOM (Multichannel Order Manager) operating system, Shipstation and Word Press to process orders and resolve any consumer inquiries relating to their orders.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years of experience in a phone based customer service position. (required)
  • Prior experience with answering phones with heavy call volume
  • Experience with processing phone/website orders is a plus
  • Experience recognizing problems, analyzing them, offering solutions, and using a logical thought process when making decisions.
  • Adhere to all Management/Supervisor Directives

LANGUAGE ABILITY: Able to read, write, communicate and understand English.

COMPUTER SKILLS: Microsoft Office Suite, Woo Commerce, ShipStation, MOM (Multichannel Order Manager)

Our pretzels burst open creating bubbles and crevices that were crispy, yet crunchy, and full of flavor. As we produced this split-open pretzel we started calling them "Splits.". They were the only one of their kind.

"Shells" are another variation of a Unique Pretzel. We use our split-open baking process to remove the inside of the pretzel and create bite-size hollow pockets. What's left? The best part The crunchy, tasty outside pretzel shell.

Made in the pretzel belt of eastern PA, the 6th generation of the Spannuth family is still using the original recipe. Proud of its quality and high standards of what a pretzel should be by only using our knowledge of the baking process to achieve the finest flavors and textures, not by throwing in unnecessary additives. Through the years, other bakeries have tried to copy our "Splits" without much success. "Splits" are not just another pretzel shaped cracker, they pack a serious crunch and are tantalizing to the palate of any pretzel lover.
