Bookkeeper/Office Assistant

Our company is currently seeking a Bookkeeper/Office Assistant to join our team
Responsibilities:
- Compute and record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry and administrative duties
- Assist owner with various projects
- Assist with maintaining social media
Qualifications:
- MUST have minimum previous experience of 2 years in accounting, finance, or other related fields.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting software
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Strong work ethic and integrity
- Ability to adapt to changes throughout the day
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have dependable transportation
- Must be a self-starter and willing to jump in where needed
This is a part time position (25-30 hours a week) but will turn into full time within 6 months. Pay is determined on experience. Schedule is somewhat flexible during the hours of 8am -5pm. Pay raise after 90 days for the right person.
