Skills: Candidates must demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, possess proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications, and have the capability to compile and analyze data from diverse sources. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with a keen attention to detail, are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities include bookkeeping, inventory management, scheduling, and performing secretarial duties for the Federal Projects department.
Employment Details: This is a full-time, 12-month position that offers benefits including insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Compensation will be based on verified relevant work experience and will align with Grade 10.1 of the Hourly Classified salary schedule, with a starting pay rate of no less than $21.64 per hour.
