You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with clients while working to deliver our technical support and security services. This is a hands-on role where you will be assisting clients with their networks, servers, workstations and assisting with hands-on project implementation.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and track all inbound support requests
  • Manage the suppoort case life cycle from creation to close
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or electronically
  • Recommend hardware and software improvements
  • Track customer issues and resolutions
  • Review technical and security reports

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in IT, customer service, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
  • Positive and professional demeanor
