Role Overview: As an entry level B2B Advisor you will be responsible for providing personalized insurance solutions to client businesses, helping them secure their financial futures. Your role involves assessing clients' needs, offering tailored life and supplemental health insurance policies, and providing ongoing support and advice. Advisors are expected to build strong relationships with clients, ensuring they understand and utilize their insurance coverage effectively. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to grow within the organization, supported by comprehensive training and development programs designed to enhance your skills and career progression​. You will be trained and supported to execute on the the following:

  • Approach up-to thousands of current accounts needing regular servicing.

  • Utilizing our proprietary worksite lead generation system, driven by Salesforce.

  • Securing business development opportunities within state and local governments and school systems.

  • Running effective meetings with Human Resources Directors to explain our Worksite Advantage Program.

  • Building B2B referrals for ongoing leads.

Shay Zumwalt

  • Years with the Nuckolls Agencies: 2.5 years

  • Previous Career: Shay was selling timeshares before joining the team. She wanted more flexibility in her work to spend time with her family, which led her to the company. Despite a slow start, Shay was intentional about her career move, stuck with it, and has been growing ever since.

  • Passions Outside of Business: Shay is married and loves spending time with her kids outdoors. She enjoys all the Midwest activities, raises chickens, loves riding bikes with her kids, and spending time on her sister’s farm.

Bailey Cordova

  • Years with the Nuckolls Agencies: 8.5 years

  • Previous Career: Bailey was a restaurant manager in Hollister, MO. She joined the Nuckolls team believing in her potential for a better life and the desire to work for herself. Bailey has held multiple roles within the organization and still holds the record as the youngest Agency Owner in the company's history. She recently took a new role within the company to focus on raising her family and achieving better work-life balance.

  • Passions Outside of Business: Bailey is married with two kids and loves spending time with her family. She has a culinary arts degree and enjoys cooking, outdoor activities like kayaking, boating, and hiking, as well as gardening—her squash is doing great this season

Leanna Love

  • Years with the Nuckolls Agencies: 2 years

  • Previous Career: Leanna was a stay-at-home mom before joining the local team.

  • Passions Outside of Business: Leanna loves traveling to warm, sunny places such as Arizona and Mexico, and spending time with her three kids. She enjoys trying new food places, gardening, entrepreneurship, and is big on family.
