Reputable family owned Montgomery business is seeking an Accounting and Administrative Assistant who wants to grow with the company with room for future promotions available.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable
  • Payroll -Software is Sage, formerlyTimberline
  • HR Processes
  • Employee Relations
  • Administrative and reception tasks

Qualifications Needed:

  • High School graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Previous experience in a similar setting
  • Some experience in payroll, HR and accounting is required
  • Construction or related industry preferred, but not required

Excellent Benefits

M-F-7:30-4:00 (flexible schedule can be accomodated)

$20.00 per hour
