Mega Service Solutions is a premier commercial cleaning and facility management company dedicated to delivering exceptional service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and operational efficiency. We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Area Account Manager to join our team and drive client satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence. You role will require you to visit accounts on a daily basis, with some time in the office.

Please note: we are looking for someone that lives in the Tampa, Riverview, Brandon area as the territory is located in Tampa and east bound.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Client Management

  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the main liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.

  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and addressing any concerns.

  • Planning: Develop and implement account plans tailored to each client's needs and business goals. Ensure cleaning programs are coordinated and executed according to the contract’s Statement of Work (SOW).

  • Growth Opportunities: Identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products.

  • Point Person for Handoffs: Manage the handoff process between different teams or stages of service delivery.

  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during project execution, adhering to the company’s two-hour response time policy.

  • New Client Handoff: Area account manager will be lead coordinator to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Operations.

Subcontractor Management

  • Establish Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with new subcontractors in your area, growing your personal database as specified in KPIs.

  • Subcontractor Bandwidth: Understand and manage subcontractors' capacity to ensure performance is not impacted.

  • Staffing and Adjustments: Manage staffing assignments for accounts, restaff as needed, and adjust contractors based on changes.

  • Monitor KPIs: Track and report on key performance indicators relevant to client objectives and satisfaction using GoCanvas Data.

  • Performance Feedback: Provide feedback to subcontractors to enhance performance and conduct monthly reviews of account status and improvement.

Documentation

  • Client Records: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and project milestones in CRM software.

  • Liquidated Damages: Handle communication and execution of forms related to liquidated damages, ensuring all relevant information is provided to the controller.

Supply/Inventory Management

  • Accountability: Ensure supplies and equipment are accounted for at both the company and client sites.

  • Inventory Checks: Inspect accounts to ensure they have the necessary chemicals and supplies, and manage ordering or back charges as needed.

  • Maintenance Plans: Ensure any equipment leased to accounts is maintained according to maintenance plans.

Budget Management

  • Negotiations: Ensure subcontractor negotiations adhere to pricing guidelines and achieve budgetary targets per account.

  • Expense Management: Ensure your pod stays within expense guidelines, acquiring proper approvals and conducting regular reviews of expenses.

Team Leadership

  • Dispatch Calendar: Establish and manage the dispatch calendar for night inspectors/supervisors and day assistants.

  • Routine Inspections: Conduct routine ride-alongs to ensure adherence to policy and procedures, including the scope of work.

  • Meeting Attendance: Ensure 100% attendance to weekly operations meetings and provide updates to the leadership team.

Calendar Management

  • Operations Calendar: Maintain the operations calendar in coordination with the executive administrative assistant.

  • On-Call Rotation: Participate in the on-call rotation as required.

Technology Adoption & Execution

  • Software Utilization: Ensure that the team and subcontractors use Operations Software (Zuper) and other tools (Inspection Tool, Liquidated Damages Form, PO Creation Tool, Out of Policy Expense - GoCanvas) 100% of the time.

  • Training: Upskill and assist in training subcontractors on Zuper and other necessary tools
