Blush Event Garden, a premier event and wedding venue known for its stunning full decor and all-inclusive packages, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner and Event Setup Support to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our venue is immaculate and beautifully prepared for each event, maintaining the high standards our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Thoroughly clean the venue before and after events, ensuring all areas are spotless and presentable.
  • Assist with the setup and takedown of events, including arranging furniture, decor, and equipment.
  • Support logistics to prepare the space for upcoming events, ensuring a smooth and efficient turnaround.
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the event planning and operations teams to meet tight schedules and exceed client expectations.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in commercial cleaning, special events staff, or event setup is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours on weekends and evenings.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
