Who are we looking for?

Someone with good Communication Skills:

  • We are looking for someone with the ability to be agile, communicate and manage multiple priorities to bring in new business as well as providing exceptional customer service. Day to day this includes resolution of client complaints, meeting client’s needs, report, and document accordingly in our CRM system (Salesforce).  This person will need to be organized and efficient with time management to direct the priorities of Connections, CSG and Business Development teams, as well as leading training programs and special projects as they arise.

Someone with Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience in corporate level management, excellent oral and written communication skills, highly developed decision-making skills, demonstrate superior customer service skills, exceptional team leadership skills, along with a strong background in analysis.
  • Familiarity with recipe conversions and Recipe/Cost Analysis to be compliant with CACFP regulations, CACFP meal patterns and portioning.
  • Preference is given to candidates with childcare and/or food distribution experience.


What would you be doing?

  • Achieving set revenue budgets, developing sales strategies, building relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction with current and prospective customers.
  • Meet required sales conversions including lead generation and developing marketing plans.
  • Continue development of key customers and target accounts with on-going growth to ensure meeting or exceeding established expectations.
  • Monitor and drive profitability, sales and customer service with team, coach and manage to achieve set goals including revenue and expense budgets.
  • Overseeing the Business Development, Marketing and Internal Client Services and Support Teams including scheduling, review of hours, coaching, feedback, and teambuilding.
  • Collaborating with Purchasing & Services in testing new items and projecting client’s usage.
  • The position will also assist in processing special orders for equipment, supplies, and other special-order items for clients.
  • Educating and training our clients on our various services.
