If you're money-motivated, sales-driven, and highly competitive, join our talented sales team as a Field Sales Representative. Your skills and drive will be put to use in this rewarding role as the owner and producer of new business in your sales territory. You'll develop and implement your own initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals. This hybrid position is commission base only and allows you to work at your own leisure.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales and revenue expectations.
  • Initiate contact and follow up with potential customers to present our new products and services.
  • Deliver sales presentations about products and services to new and existing customers, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signatures.
  • Secure new deals and target buyers quickly, give them the information they need to envision our brand and close deals efficiently.
  • Qualify prospective customers quickly by fact-finding to identify decision-makers, pain points, competition, budget, timeline, and other potential obstacles.
  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints as needed.
  • Report customer complaints to Quality and Operations for investigation and resolution.
  • Communicate with management as needed to complete orders.
  • Confirm that all orders are successfully filled, and any issues promptly reported.
  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
  • Provide support in the event of a product issue.
  • Remain current on projected production volume and strive to meet and exceed company sales goals.
  • Remain current on current industry trends and suggest potential areas of opportunity for management
  • Develop a personal network to assist the firm in achieving practice development and marketing goals by identifying business opportunities with new and existing clients.
  • Conduct pertinent phone calls to develop and maintain relationships with customers
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and potential customers; possess a thorough knowledge of them their businesses.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on our services and products, industry, competition, and market conditions in order to present them to clients and ensure customer needs are met.
  • Attend in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events as requested.
  • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma required, and some industry or product knowledge.
  • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skills.
  • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike.
  • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales.
  • Prefer a minimum of 2+ years in outside sales experience.
  • Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Knows customer markets and the issues/challenges they face and can translate that information into useful selling strategies.
  • Strong math skills. Ability to compute rates, ratios, and percentages, and to interpret financial information.
