Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager at Diamond Technical Services, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our business.  You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive revenue growth in Houston, TX and surrounding areas. 

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and prioritize target markets and industries for business development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.
  • Proactively monitor existing accounts and maintain regular communication with primary contacts to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized solutions for clients and address their specific needs.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
  •  Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients and partners.
  • Drive sales growth within the territory by implementing targeted strategies and initiatives aligned with established performance metrics and objectives.
  • Be prepared for extensive travel within the assigned territory, comprising at least 50% of working time, to meet with clients, attend events and represent the company effectively. 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development or sales, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and building strategic partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of technical solutions and services, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast=aced environment.
