We are seeking an Community Property Manager to be part of our team You will facilitate the day-to-day operation of a portfolio of homeowners associations. No experience is needed. Full time, or part time employment available.
Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve homeowner complaints
- Ensure all work orders and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
- Follow up with contractors on outstanding projects and make sure all projects are completed per specifications
- Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations
- Work with the Association Board of Directors
- Attend Board Meetings
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the process of bidding out projects and contracts
- Ability to build rapport with homeowners
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
