Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of store assets and equipment, including plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety systems, and electrical systems.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with store teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs, and provide guidance and support to ensure successful completion of projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of services.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports to track maintenance activities and performance metrics.
  • Provide training and coaching to store teams on maintenance procedures and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and implement new technologies and processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical education or experience in a related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair, or a related field.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, life safety systems, and electrical systems.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of success in a team environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
