This position is for a Human Resources/Account Receivables Coordinator. Our client is looking for an ambitious, detail-oriented HR Coordinator who can multi-task in a fast-paced environment while maintaining excellent customer service, both internal and external. This company has a casual, easy-going work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling HR invoicing and approval processes.
- Managing HSA and 401(k) payments, ensuring accurate processing and compliance.
- Managing invoicing and business-to-business collections
- Supporting the effective implementation and coordination of annual employee benefits enrollment processes.
- Supporting the administration and coordination of employee performance reviews
- Generating and analyzing various reports related to accounts receivable, employee benefits, and HR
Requirements
- Degree not required, but preferred
- 1+ years of recent and relevant HR/AR experience
- Highly skilled with exceptional analytical, quantitative and social skills
- Paycor preferred, but not required
- Ability to prioritize work and balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Self-driven motivator who takes initiative on projects with a strong ability to understand and solve creative challenges
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational, written and verbal communication skills required
