Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Chiropractic Assistant/Front Desk Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. You will assist in scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and facilitating a smooth operation of our front desk. Your role is crucial in creating a welcoming and efficient environment for our patients and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanor while assisting them with check-in procedures.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, cancellations, and rescheduling requests.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, texts and in-person inquiries with professionalism.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update medical information as needed.
  • Verify insurance information and assist with billing inquiries.
  • Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
  • Assist in the coordination of patient care by facilitating communication between patients and chiropractic staff.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Perform medical administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to the team by accomplishing related tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a chiropractic office or similar healthcare setting is a bonus but not required.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and the ability to learn new software systems. (e.g., Chiropractic Software)
  • A commitment to providing high-quality customer service.
  • Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
