Job Title: Legal Intake Specialist

As a Legal Intake Specialist at McGuire Law, your job is to confidently present our firm’s service information and options to new clients with the objective of the client retaining our firm for representation. This requires strong communication and presentation skills via phone, text, chat, e-mail, data entry and other tasks related to potential case intake. This is a position for someone who is looking for a long term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Key Responsibilities Include:

· Answer all incoming calls from 8:00 – 5:00, and screen for new clients that meet case selection criteria;

· Respond to all incoming marketing inquires, and screen for new client that meets case selection criteria

· Enter New Client detailed information into CASEpeer Case Management Software

· Schedule consultations with New Client and assigned attorney. Add event to CASEpeer calendar

· Schedule all reminder texts/emails for clients

· Prepare and send documents to New Clients, via e-sign, email, mail, fax (attorney-client contract, LOR, Medial and Employment Authorizations)

· Meet and Greet Clients that come to office

· Responsible for receiving incoming all firm mail, emails, faxes, and uploading into the Case Peer Mail Center and assign each document directly to a case for review.

· Adding notes to client’s files when client calls in and directing assigned attorney to note

· Set up Electronic Files/Folders for all new cases

· Monitor Google Leads daily and move all leads into completed status

· Responsible for getting all Clients to post positive Google reviews upon completion of case

Requirements:

· Motivated, People friendly, excellent communicator, dependable

· Experience with Case Management Software - CASEpeer

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

· Prior law firm experience is a plus.
