Edn Skin & Spa is a premier woman-owned med spa dedicated to providing exceptional skin care treatments and spa services. Our mission is to create a tranquil and rejuvenating environment where clients can relax and enjoy personalized services tailored to their unique needs. We are seeking to add a highly motivated, well-organized, polite and polished person to our team to represent Edn as a Client Coordinator at the front desk.

 

Job Summary:

The Client Coordinator is the first point of contact for our clients, responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role involves managing the front desk operations, scheduling appointments, handling client inquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the med spa. Our ideal candidate is someone who stays calm under pressure, is capable of managing multiple tasks, and can quickly adapt to last-minute changes.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients warmly and professionally as they enter the med spa.

  • Answer phone calls, emails, and messages promptly and courteously.

  • Schedule and manage client appointments using our booking system.

  • Handle client check-ins and check-outs efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Provide information about our services, treatments, and products.

  • Assist with client intake forms and ensure accurate data entry.

  • Process payments and manage cash register transactions.

  • Address and resolve client concerns or complaints with a positive attitude.

  • Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

  • Support marketing initiatives by promoting special offers and events.

  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality or related field is a plus.

  • Proven experience in a customer service or receptionist role, preferably in a med spa or wellness setting.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Proficiency in using booking software and computer systems

  • A friendly and professional demeanor with a passion for client satisfaction
