We are seeking the right individual to promote our services to insurance agents, insurance adjusters, public adjusters, property managers, and commercial contacts. The Business Development Representative position offers an exciting opportunity for highly motivated individuals who excel at creating new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with existing accounts. As part of the Business Development team, you will play a crucial role in driving company growth through outbound sales efforts, effective account management, and active participation in business networking groups. Success in this role is attainable for those who combine hard work with unwavering integrity.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage leads aligned with target markets to drive sales.
  • Grow and develop the customer base, identifying new prospects and cultivating relationships.
  • Schedule and complete appointments with potential clients and decision-makers using outbound sales techniques (such as phone calls, email campaigns, walk-ins, memberships to industry networking groups, marketing events, tradeshows, and conferences).
  • Independently close new business and grow current accounts.
