-Allstate experience is preferred
- Proven record of training new and old LSP's is required
W-2- Salary plus commission Sales Manager position paid every two weeks on
Wednesday.
o $65k in annual salary for managing agency sales processes, supporting sales
team with quoting and binding, training, and development, etc.
o Other assigned tasks: MAKE IT HAPPEN
o The position will be M-F 8:30-5:30 CST -1 Hr. Break during the day if you need it.
o Payment on commission is paid out around the 3 rd to 4 th week of the following
month.
o Sales Manager Monthly Commission
Average items divided by number of full time Sales Agents
35 items = $1,000
45 items = $1,500
55 items = $2,000
*Example: 320 New Business items written / number of sales agents (8) = 45
items (average). Sales Manager commission would be $1,500.
o Annual Bonus -Paid out based on overall office production paid in March
Paid time off starts after 90 day probationary period: (80 hours total for PTO, *Prorated
for the time of year you start as we start over every January). Plus all the Allstate
approved Holidays such as Christmas, New Year’s Day, etc..)
- Willing to help relocate for the right candidate
