We are seeking a skilled Forklift Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing various types of forklifts. This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklifts

- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with forklifts

- Repair or replace faulty components

- Test equipment to ensure proper functionality

- Keep accurate records of work performed

- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Have own tools

- Previous experience as a Service Technician or in a similar role

- Strong technical knowledge of mechanics

- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics

- Excellent problem-solving skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
