Position Overview:

As a Service Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact between our customers and our skilled technicians. Your role will involve understanding customer needs, providing accurate estimates, coordinating repair work, finding and ordering parts, scheduling technicians, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for diesel trucks, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and assess their diesel truck repair and maintenance needs.
  • Provide detailed explanations of repair and service recommendations to customers.
  • Prepare and present accurate cost estimates and service quotes.
  • Schedule and coordinate repair appointments and follow-up services.
  • Communicate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of repairs.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of diesel truck repair processes and industry trends.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-service issues.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar role in the automotive or diesel repair industry.
  • Strong understanding of diesel truck systems, components, and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and repair management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; automotive or diesel certification is a plus.
