In the role of Service Technician, you'll be part of a dedicated team at eTeam Inc, working to ensure the functionality and safety of medical equipment. Your responsibilities include conducting repair and electrical mechanical testing, following strict procedures, and documenting all findings accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow environmental and safety protocols diligently
  • Strive for accident prevention and maintain a safe work environment
  • Adhere to Quality Management Systems and procedural guidelines
  • Collaborate with the team to maximize process efficiency
  • Exercise good judgement in decision-making processes
  • Assist in various areas of operations as needed
  • Provide occasional training to colleagues
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated

Depending on the rotation of duties, you might also be involved in utilizing tools for assembly, conducting tests, and ensuring calibration of equipment.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Proficiency in computer usage and data entry
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Familiarity with assembly tools is a plus
  • Knowledge of testing equipment is beneficial
  • Capability to wear necessary protective gear
  • Physical dexterity for prolonged standing, walking, and lifting

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in electrical mechanical assembly, repair, or testing is advantageous
