We are seeking a proactive and organized Dispatcher to join our team. As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and optimizing transportation activities to ensure efficient delivery of goods and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, fleet management, and transportation planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Help coordinate schedules for inspectors and technicians.
  • Track inspector certifications.
  • Assist with equipment tracking.
  • Help onboard new inspection consultants.
  • Coordinate pick-ups and drop-offs.
  • Support special inspection and materials testing requests.
  • Handle inspection requests from callers, including project managers and engineers.
  • Enter and update data in the system.
  • Assist project managers with project tasks.
  • Answer and prioritize phone calls.
  • Enter dispatch information into the system.
  • Communicate job updates to field technicians.
  • Assign jobs to qualified field technicians.
  • Audit contracts and related documents for inspection consultants.

Required Skills:

  • Dispatch experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage multiple calls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Team player with clear communication.
  • Good time management and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented and focused on accuracy.
