Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher Opportunity

We're seeking a skilled Emergency Roadside Service Dispatcher to join our team at GEICO. As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our policyholders. When they experience vehicle issues, you'll be the one providing timely support with services like locksmith assistance and tow truck dispatch. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-notch customer service to policyholders in need of roadside assistance
  • Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and external partners to resolve issues efficiently
  • Work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment, adapting to changing situations and priorities
  • Stay up-to-date with new skills and technologies to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant experience in customer service or a related field a plus
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications
