• As an Administrative Associate, you must be organized and have exceptional customer service skills

- Ability to learn quickly

- Strong time-management and multitasking skills.

 


Responsibilities

- Schedule appointments and maintain your agenda on a weekly basis

- You will meet with customers in a one-on-one retail environment

- Consult with clients in order to finalize product design, staying on top of orders from start to finish which average a 1 month process

- Quotes prices and credit terms and prepares contracts for orders obtained to complete projects

- One on one sales based interaction with customers in a retail setting

- Develops your own clientele and repeat business
