Job Summary

UroGen is looking for an enthusiastic HR Professional to join our team and work in our growing Princeton, NJ Headquarters. The preferred candidate would have a minimum of 2 years of Human Resource experience. If you are looking to build your HR career, this position is an excellent opportunity to learn all aspects human resources within a small growing BioTech. The position will assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions. 


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Process
    • Post open positions
    • Schedule interviews
    • Conduct background and complete reference checks
  • On-Boarding Process
    • Manage the employee verification process
    • Manage the exclusion screening process
    • Track consultants, agreements, and relevant communications
    • Assist with employee set-up (business cards, laptop, ect.)
    • Conduct new hire orientations
    • Address employee questions regarding payroll/benefits
    • Address employee questions and concerns
  • Employee Engagement
    • Assist with company culture programs and initiatives
    • Assist with the launch and summarization of employee engagement survey
  • Vendor Management
    • Open new vendor requests
    • Enter and maintain purchase orders
  • Training and Development
    • Update the training records in company training platform (Red Nucleus)
    • Monitor employee trainings ensuring completion
  • Employee File Maintenance
    • Maintain job descriptions, ensuring all signatures are obtained
    • Update employee files with performance reviews and other key documents
  • HR Policy and Procedures
    • Assist HR Director in updating company policy procedures and programs
    • Undertake ad-hoc projects as required


List of qualifications:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Team player
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to handle confidentiality information with utmost discretion
  • Detail oriented and highly organized
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) & ZOOM
