The HR Coordinator serves as the divisional contact for the Human Resources division. This role is responsible for assisting with specialized HR administrative tasks and providing support to various HR functions, including People Practices, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Total Rewards.

  • Initiates, performs, monitors and follows up on HR specific processes
  • Prepare and distribute HR correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality
  • Reviews, develops, streamlines and standardizes HR process and templates
  • Maintain HR databases and update records, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information
  • Schedule and coordinate HR meetings
  • Manage calendars ensuring efficient use of time for executives
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation
  • Assist in data entry and data cleansing activities
  • Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and cost-effectiveness
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities
  • Support general administrative tasks, such as mail distribution, filing, and archiving
  • Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function



Minimum Requirements

    • An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
    • 6+ years of related work experience
  • Proven experience in an HR support role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and data management.
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office Suite
