What You'll Do

The Sales Professional is a commission-based role that is accountable for specific developments and hitting their sales numbers. They thrive by making people happy and taking part in creating an enjoyable experience for the customer. This is a role for a highly motivated individual that will take ownership of their role and go above and beyond what is asked/expected of them.

You will:

  • Build rapport with prospects and help them with their home-buying needs
  • Demonstrate a team focus, coordinate various administrative tasks and ensure customer expectations are properly met for homebuyers
  • Accompany prospects/customers to property sites for showings, walks, closings, and any other requests that arise
  • Stay current with industry knowledge and continuing education
  • Accurately describe product features and benefits
  • Manage your sales process through KRM’s internal CRM – from prospecting to lead nurturing to closing the sale
  • Be responsible for lead generation in addition to creating monthly marketing plans to assist in hitting your quarterly goals
  • Follow up on all leads
  • Prospect and cold call
  • Set appointments with prospects and follow up with home buyers
  • Run customer meetings
  • Create request for quotes
  • Write purchase agreements
  • Go over paperwork with customers
  • Manage listings
  • Host open houses (this would include Sundays)
  • Provide input on our annual sales goals
  • Close sales and meet quarterly goals
  • Participate in company-provided training sessions
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Need to Get the Job Done (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Real Estate Licensed or ability to achieve within the first 2 months from hire date
  • Desire to help others and customer focused – share our belief that people come first
  • Previous sales experience or desire to learn
  • Basic understanding of sales principles, customer service practices, and the importance of follow up, prospecting and cold calling
  • This is a full-time role, which includes nights, weekends and some holidays
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Technology proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
  • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision
  • Friendly, helpful, confident, and engaging personality
  • Basic administration skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Fast learner and able to work in fast-paced environment
  • Task oriented
  • Can accomplish tasks in a timely manner

Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, you will be expected to work outside in all types of weather conditions; conditions include occasional extreme heat exposure due to natural climate. The noise level in each work environment will vary and could sporadically be loud. They will also sit at their desk for long periods of time.
