We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Home Health Sales Representative to join our team at CenterWell Home Health. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in promoting our home care services to healthcare professionals and organizations within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and other healthcare organizations to promote our home care services.
  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to educate healthcare professionals about the benefits of our home care services.
  • Build and maintain a strong understanding of our services and products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in home health or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or management.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and developments.
