Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to identify their insurance requirements and offer tailored solutions.

Sales Activities: Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.

Policy Management: Manage policy documents, updates, and customer inquiries efficiently.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty.

Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to provide accurate advice.


Requirements

Licensing: Must possess a valid Property and Casualty insurance license.Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales, preferably in insurance or a related field.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with clients.Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.Local Presence: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Owensboro, Kentucky for in-person client interactions.Team Collaboration: Ability to work cohesively with team members and support a positive work environment.Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using computer systems, CRM software, and other tools to manage client information.
