Compensation Structure: Insurance sales agents can expect to earn approximately $30,000 if performing at an average level, $50,000 for above-average performance, and $65,000+ for exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve new business production targets and objectives as defined.
  • Generate new business through telephone outreach, networking, and other lead generation methods.
  • Prepare insurance quotes, deliver sales presentations, and finalize sales transactions.
