Position Overview

As a Product Manager at Rectangle Health, you will work cross-functionally to guide products from conception to launch. You will break down complex problems into steps that drive product development. Your role as Product Manager is to identify valuable, usable, viable, and feasible product opportunities that align with Rectangle Health’s Product Vision the establishment and development of the Solutions Engineering function at Rectangle Health

Primary Job Duties
  • Research and vet new product ideas, work with stakeholders to build an actionable product roadmap, prioritize features to align with corporate goals and initiatives
  • Create product requirements that bring clarity, focus and prioritization to complex problems
  • Define metrics of success (OKRs) and make sure the team is clear on objectives
  • Define MVP of products and features that will provide user-value
  • Support GTM Launch of new products and features and the needs of the various cross functional areas like Sales, L&D, Marketing, Finance, Onboarding, Delivery, Support and others
  • Identify opportunities to continuously improve on existing products and advocating for the creation of new products that will benefit our customers
  • Understand the design and technical concepts behind each product and being able to clearly communicate those concepts to stakeholders in a concise and contextually relevant way
  • Conduct Market Research (Customer Calls, Market Scoping, Data Analysis, Competitive Landscape, Sales and Customer Success Feedback)
  • Participate in product management community of practice to continuously improve PM processes and align on best practices

Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree and healthcare industry experience
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • 3-5 years of product management experience including creating strategic product roadmaps and influencing cross-functional teams.
  • Experience driving product vision, go-to-market strategy, and design discussions.
  • Proven ability to assess and enhance product effectiveness and market receptiveness.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, or Marketing
Preferred Qualifications

  • Agile certification (PM, PO, SM)
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred, preferably in healthcare payments or revenue cycle management.
  • Experience with SaaS solutions.
