  2. Collaboration: Work closely with customer stakeholders, product vendors, architects, and business units to translate business requirements into actionable work items for development teams.
  3. Process Adherence: Ensure adherence to defined delivery processes throughout the project lifecycle.
  4. Quality Assurance: Guarantee that all deliverables comply with established quality standards.
  5. Strategic Alignment: Maintain a comprehensive understanding of long-term business goals and ensure that project designs align with these objectives.
  6. Team Direction: Provide functional and technical guidance to the team as needed to facilitate successful project execution.
  7. Risk Management: Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify, manage, and resolve program risks in a timely manner.
  8. Program Management: Oversee the overall program plan, ensuring that all milestones and deliverables are achieved as scheduled.
  9. Reporting & Reviews: Create comprehensive program reports and conduct regular program reviews to track progress and address any issues.
  10. Consultation: Consult with management to define project requirements, boundaries, and priorities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Ecommerce Expertise: Strong understanding of the ecommerce ecosystem and its intricacies.
  2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
  3. Experience: Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management, with at least 6 years in a leadership role overseeing complex programs and projects.
