We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team.  On our product team you will be working with the Product Leader to gather and synthesize customer feedback, provide both internal and external education about the product, and help determine the features that bring the most value. 

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION, US Citizens only.


Duties & Responsibilities could include:

  • To Equip & Empower tennis and pickleball organizations to Elevate them above the rest.

  • Has a deep understanding of company products to meet the company’s current and future needs
  • Collaborates closely with Development and UX teams to create user stories and design user-friendly interfaces for projects.
  • Develops and oversees small to medium-scale projects
  • Attends planning meetings
  • Assists with Support of internal and external product questions
  • Ability to train/demo new features to the internal team(s)
  • Create educational materials
  • Maintain and create Release Notes for new features
  • Performs market research and collects customer feedback
  • Analyzes what features customers are utilizing/not-utilizing
  • Managing customer feedback
  • Analyzes market data, trends, and behaviors
  • Works closely with the Product Manager and team to prioritize new projects and customer ideas. 
  • Performs the initial product analysis to assess the need for any requested changes as well as potential impact.
