What it's like to be an Assisted Living/CBRF Director at Assisted Living/CBRF Director

As the Full-Time Assisted Living/CBRF Director at Four Winds Manor, Inc., you will be at the helm of the day-to-day operations of the Four Winds Lodge, overseeing a range of essential activities. From coordinating resident care and marketing efforts to managing, in cooperation with, food service and grounds maintenance operations, your role will be dynamic and multifaceted. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our dedicated facility staff deliver top-of-the-line resident care around the clock, maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassion in everything we do. To excel as the Full-Time Assisted Living/CBRF Director at Four Winds Manor, Inc., candidates must possess essential qualifications and skills. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a Bachelor's degree in health care, administration, or a related field specializing in the aged population is preferred. Completion of all CBRF Training, or a willingness to obtain it within 90 days of employment, is necessary.

Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience working in long-term care settings is preferred, along with knowledge of dementia care. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to upholding the company's values of empathy, excellence, integrity, and safety.
