Key Responsibilities: As a Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) at FirstLight Home Care, you will be instrumental in delivering exceptional care to our clients while upholding our company’s Core Values. Your responsibilities will encompass:
- Delivering personalized, non-medical assistance in accordance with clients' Service Plans.
- Engaging in companion care activities, including conversation, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and more.
- Assisting clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and mobility, while effectively managing your time.
- Documenting completed tasks accurately and communicating in line with company policies.
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in clients' conditions to supervisors.
- Responding promptly to emergencies or unusual situations.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and participating in quality assurance reviews.
- Staying informed about technological advancements relevant to your role.
- Demonstrating steadfast support for company policies and procedures.
