Job Title: Inside Sales Executive

Location: Tampa FL Onsite

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • Conduct research to identify potential customers and generate leads.
    • Reach out to prospects through various channels to introduce our products/services.
  2. Qualification and Needs Analysis:
    • Engage with leads to understand their business needs and pain points.
    • Determine if our products/services align with the prospect's requirements.
  3. Product Presentation and Demonstration:
    • Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our products/services.
    • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase key functionalities.
  4. Objection Handling:
    • Address any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
    • Provide clear and convincing responses to overcome objections and move the sales process forward.
  5. Closing Sales:
    • Guide prospects through the decision-making process.
    • Close deals and secure commitments from qualified leads.
  6. Maintaining CRM Records:
    • Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in Salesforce.com
    • Document relevant information such as contact details, conversations, and follow-up activities.
  7. Achieving Sales Targets:
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
    • Consistently work towards achieving individual and team targets.
  8. Collaboration with Sales Team:
    • Work closely with the broader sales team to coordinate efforts and share insights.
    • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to sales strategy discussions.
  9. Continuous Learning and Development:
    • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
    • Engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
