Job Title: Account Executive

Their logistics services focus on quality: streamlining billing, tracking, and tracing all shipments—all with personalized service. With nearly 30 years in the 3PL industry, they excel at LTL, full- or partial-truckload and expedited shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new leads and qualify prospects. This includes identifying potential customers and researching their needs.
  • Build relationships with customers and develop trust. This is essential for earning new business and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
  • Present and negotiate proposals. This involves clearly articulating the benefits of the product or service and working with the customer to reach an agreement that is mutually beneficial.
  • Provide excellent customer service: This includes resolving customer issues, answering questions, and providing ongoing support.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals: This is the ultimate goal of any account executive.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in success in sales. Required.
  • Minimum of 3 years in 3PL sales. Required.
  • Ability to meet with customers. Required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a positive attitude. Required.
  • Experience shipping goods via freight. Plus.
