We are looking for a talented and motivated Account Executive to acquire and build mutually beneficial partnerships with SAP enterprises. You’ll be responsible for representing Mindset’s full suite of innovative offerings to build and grow new client accounts. You’ll also be responsible for ongoing account growth and ensuring that we’re delivering on our mission to create a remarkable customer experience. This role will help continue to expand Mindset’s presence and will largely be accountable for establishing and growing new / emerging territories.


Preferred Skills

  • 3-5 years of strong sales performance related to services and/or custom software
  • Understanding of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiations and closing with repeated success of quota attainment
  • Previous experience chasing and building relationships with large enterprise accounts
  • Ability to partner with senior leadership members from client organizations, including strong presentation skills
  • Excellent communication skills and experience building and maintaining trust with customers
  • Advanced emotional intelligence, active listening skills, and sense of urgency to effectively relate to clients’ needs and solve problems
  • Exposure to SAP/ERP systems is preferred


Responsibilities

  • Identify key resources at prospective customers and develop opportunities for Mindset to solve complex SAP problems
  • Build and maintain strong customer/prospect relationships with large enterprise accounts that lead to ongoing repeat and expanded business
  • Establish strong relationships with other key partners in the SAP ecosystem, including SAP Account Executives and subject matter experts
  • Attend conferences & trade shows, working to establish new business while professionally representing Mindset
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently
  • Effectively manage the sales process for large, complex services and software deals including MSAs, SOWs, and other contract negotiations
  • Partner with the internal delivery team to build proposals and solutions that effectively meet customers’ needs
  • Negotiate and close solution sales opportunities and exceed individual sales quota; driving services revenue for Mindset
  • Provide input and insights to the Mindset team on how we can continue to improve our services based on customer feedback
