As a Field Operations Manager/Trainer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our cleaning team meets the highest standards of service. You will be responsible for training new cleaners on our policies and procedures, managing staff, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

 

This position involves working primarily in the field, with some office duties.  The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and coaching, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the cleaning industry.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train new cleaners on company policies and procedures.
  • Understand and enhance established training programs covering areas such as cleaning techniques, product usage, safety protocols, and customer service skills.
  • Conduct on-site training sessions for new and existing cleaning staff, both one-on-one and in group settings.
  • Assess the performance of cleaning staff during training sessions and at established customers homes in order to provide feedback and establish consistency.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs to address them.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports, tracking the progress of individual cleaners and the overall success of the training program.
  • Check on new and existing clients during and/or after engagement to ensure satisfaction with services.
  • Update client home notes and ensure accurate records.
  • Built rapport with customers and handle or escalate any issues that arise.
  • Manage and support cleaning staff and company when called on to assist on jobs.

 

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the cleaning industry, with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques, products, and safety protocols.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering training programs, preferably in a cleaning or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with cleaning staff, management, and clients.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
  • Lift up to 25 lbs, squat, lift, and perform physical tasks as needed.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must have a valid Florida Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
