Munn Lumber, a Mead Lumber Company, is a leading provider of building products to professional contractors, and remodelers. We have 53 Operating locations across 9 Midwestern states. 100% employee-owned, we are the 11th largest building material suppliers to professional builders in the country. We are in search of driven individuals who desire an opportunity to grow and apply their skills.

We are looking for a self-motivated and detail-oriented Installation Associate to join our team. As an Installation Associate, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining building materials for our clients. This includes but is not limited to, doors, windows, flooring, and other building products.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Install building materials according to company standards and safety procedures
  • Ensure accuracy and precision in all installations
  • Use hand and power tools to complete installations
  • Inspect and troubleshoot any issues with installations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment
  • Complete all paperwork and documentation accurately and on time
  • Occasional driving to and from worksites.
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in building materials installation required
  • Experience with doors, windows, and decks
  • Must be able to work in all weather conditions
  • Physical ability to lift and carry 75 pounds
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with hand and power tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
