Nous cherchons pour le compte d'une filiale d'une banque internationale, basée à Casablanca, un Consultant "Reporting Financier" (IT, Réglementaire, Filiales)

OBJECTIFS DE LA MISSION:

  • Assurer le suivi et le pilotage de la production de façon continue, afin de garantir la remontée des données au groupe, et la production du reporting BAM (Banque Centrale Marocaine) sous Carthago, dans les délais requis
  • Constituer le partenaire privilégié de l’Informatique et des interlocuteurs clés qui participent au processus de production du reporting groupe et réglementaire finance 

MISSIONS:

  • Identifier les interlocuteurs clés et leur rôle dans toute la chaine de production 
  • Mettre en place un chronogramme détaillée (qui ? quoi ? quand ?)  
  • veiller à son application durant toute la phase de production
  • Coordonner les travaux de l’arrêté avec toutes les parties prenantes
  • Mettre en place des comités de suivi et de coordination de la production avant et après chaque arrêté
  • Revoir et renforcer si besoin les différents points de contrôle (techniques et fonctionnels) le long de la chaîne de production. Suivre la mise en œuvre de ces points de contrôle avec l’IT
  • S’assurer que les contrôles sont bien en place avant les traitements pour chaque arrêté
  • Répertorier tous les incidents et points de blocage, identifier leurs sources et origines, s’assurer de la mise en place et du suivi des actions correctives par les parties prenantes

Suivre et s’assurer du bon déroulement de chaque étape de la chaine de production :

Chargement et traitements du Core Banking SAB:

  • Alimentation du Core banking SAB avec les données de fin de mois en
    provenance des SO externes (OMR, Ivision…)
  • Déclenchement des traitements de fin de mois
  • Respect des prérequis nécessaires afin de sécuriser la suite du processus
    (ex : chaines des arrêtés, journées complémentaires, équilibre de la
    balance…)
  • Etc

Chargement et traitements Datalake :

  • Alimentation du Datalake de toutes les sources de données
    (comptables en provenance de SAB et extracomptables en
    provenance des SO externes OMR / Ivision…)
  • Traitements de calcul et de génération servant à alimenter les
    reportings Filière Unique (FU) et Carthago (reportings
    règlementaires)
  • Respect des prérequis nécessaires afin de sécuriser la suite du
    processus (ex : équilibre de la balance, nombre de flux
    nécessaires pour chaque reporting…)

Chargement et traitements FU :

  • Suivre le chargement et la validation du flux UP (passage des
    contrôles bloquants et rejets)

Chargement et traitements Carthago:

  • Suivre le chargement des flux
  • Suivre les traitements de calcul et de génération des états
    réglementaires

Communiquer et partager de façon continue l’état d’avancement des différentes étapes de production

Suivre et remonter les alertes aux sponsors

Formation et expérience:

  • Un profil issu d’une école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs,
  • Expérience en cabinet souhaitée ou dans un environnement bancaire similaire, doté d’une solide
    compétence et connaissance des processus de production fonctionnels et IT avec une bonne
    appétence pour les SI bancaires et leur évolution
  • Expérience de 7 ans minimum requise pour ce poste
